The replenishment system (Supply)

Replenishment system in WWII Online

The Replenishment system in WWII Online ensures that units are not available indefinitely. Each Brigade only has a certain supply of infantry, vehicles, guns and aircraft. When a unit is spawned or destroyed, it directly affects the available inventory.

Note: Every lost tank, every destroyed gun and every crashed plane is then missing from your Brigade's shared supply.

1. Limited inventory

Vehicles and weapons are not endless. Each unit is taken from the supply of the respective Brigade.

2. Count losses

If a vehicle is destroyed or a unit is lost, it will initially no longer be available.

3. Replacement will arrive later

After a certain period of time, destroyed material is replaced and returns to the inventory.

4. Replenishment decides

If you use your equipment wisely, you can maintain attacks and defenses for longer.

Basic principle of supply

  1. A Brigade has a fixed supply of available units.
  2. A player spawns a unit from this pool.
  3. Wird die Einheit zerstört, fehlt sie zunächst im Bestand.
  4. A replacement timer starts automatically.
  5. When the timer expires, the unit reappears in the supply.
  6. In the event of large losses, a Brigade can be temporarily weakened.

RTB, Rescue, MIA and KIA

status Meaning Impact on replenishment
RTB Return to Base Unit was safely returned and will be ready again sooner. (approx. 1min)
RES Rescued Unity has not been completely lost and is returning more quickly. (approx. 15min)
MIA Missing in action Unit is considered lost and takes longer to return. (approx. 60min)
KIA Killed in action Einheit wurde vernichtet und belastet den Nachschub stärker. (ca. 90min)

Replacement timer

The Replacement timer determines when a lost unit appears in the inventory again. The more valuable or rare a unit is, the more significant its loss is. Particularly heavy tanks, anti-tank guns, bombers or rare special vehicles should therefore not be used carelessly.

Brigades and deployment

Brigades are the carrier of supplies. If a Brigade is relocated, its equipment also moves with it. During this relocation, the full inventory will not be available immediately, but will arrive at the new location gradually. Full strength is achieved after approx. 60 minutes.

Brigade relocated → Stock moves with → Units arrive gradually → full combat effectiveness will come later

Factories and strategic supplies.

In the background, factories and strategic goals also influence supplies. If important production facilities are damaged or destroyed, supplies may slow down. This means that strategic bomber attacks have a direct influence on later battles.

Why saving supplies is important!

  • Rare vehicles may temporarily be completely depleted.
  • A bled Brigade can no longer effectively continue attacks.
  • Defenders benefit when attackers lose their heavy units.
  • RTB and Rescue are often more valuable than a final risky attack.
  • Coordinated use prevents unnecessary material losses.

At a glance

action Consequence
Spawn unit A unit is taken from the Brigade's inventory.
Return unit safely It will be available again sooner.
Have unit destroyed Replacement timer runs longer.
A lot of losses in a short period of time The Brigade loses combat effectiveness.
Lay Brigade Supplies arrive at the new location with a delay.
Damage factories Replenishment times may be extended.

Briefly explained:
Spawning consumes inventory. Losses weaken the Brigade. Rescued units return faster. Those who conserve supplies keep the front fighting longer.
